I'm so frusterated!

I am trying to convert a Microsoft word document to a pdf. I have a subscription that includes this. I get an error message every time I click on convert to pdf that says:
Your adobe acrobate trial has expired. Buy now to restore full access....

I click on buy now and it brings me to this account. I try to upgrade my subscription and it sends me in a circle. It wont let me buy anything else it is trying to make me either upgrade this account or switch to a different account. What am I supposed to do?
