Adobe DC Share Issues
When sharing multiple large files on Adobe Cloud, using the "Invite People" option, we note several issues: Some fields in digitally-signed PDFs do not appear (only works if PDF is printed to Adobe first). Bookmarks take about 30-60 seconds to appear, sometimes longer. Today, I'm noting that when the bookmark does appear, it disappears once we click on it. I've also noted that files with both attachments and bookmarks default to the attachments when opening in Adobe itself (even when bookmarks are pinned). In those cases, only the attachments are available when opening in the cloud, the bookmarks never appear. In addition, we were under the impression the Adobe Cloud links would be secure, but they can be forwarded and opened by other individuals so are not as secure as we'd like. Adding an option to require a password to open the link, or for the link to only open thru the emails listed, would be best. These issues are greatly affecting our workflow and we are disappointed that the product does not work as we had expected it to. Options to default the size of "stamps" would also be helpful.
