Hi Mark,
Looks like you changed your primary email address from @samaritancounselingmichigan.com to sccmich.org. I think the problem you're seeing with Adobe Sign is related to this change because your sccmich.org email address already exists in Adobe Sign which causes a conflict.
It should work again if you change your email back to the original.
If you prefer to use sccmich.org email, please let us know - we can remove the existing sccmich.org account so you can use the email address for this account.
