Adobe Error and Technical Service Representative
The person trying to help resolve my issue was completely uneducated with your software. He just googled issues and tried everything I did and was extremely slow to respond (wasted 45 minutes of my time) almost as if he was on multiple different chats. Worst customer service. I am so disappointed with Adobe words fall short. Since you have gone to subscription based the product has gotten worse. Adobe should be ashamed for the DC acrobat and the technical service representative that know less then the customer. I can see why you do not send out a survey
