Popup menu disappears too fast

When I try to click the top right icon to sign out, a menu briefly appears (the one including the sign out link) but then disappears, so I can't sign out. I'm using Edge browser on Win 10.

Hi David. Are you still seeing this issue? You should be able to click on top right menu and sign out.
