I subscribed to Adobe 3 years ago so that I can edit documents that were in pdf. I hardly every used it In fact when I was billed I wondered where the charge came from yesterday. So today I downloaded a document to actually use the service and I got a RUDE customer service representative (Vandana). Case ADB-22052346-Q4F5. After 25 minutes of her not helping me she then decides to tell me to follow the email steps that I told her I did not know what to do because it was not working. She says them let me take your number and have someone call you back after 25 minutes. When I finally got through to someone they read my account and noticed I could not do what I asked. Walked me through how to download as a word document and I was done in 5 minutes. Vandana was misinformed, unknowledgeable and impatient. RIDICULOUS.
