Can't access new license (also, Adobe support is thoroughly useless)
I am unable to access an acrobat pro dc license that has been paid for and assigned. I have spent a long time - twice - with your chat support team. Such an awful experience, they were unhelpful and asked me to download files when they did not know what was in them. The installation still did not work. I'm still waiting for a callback from support to get this working... I'm blown away at how terrible Adobe's service has been so far. An absolute waste of time. Would love some actual help -- 845-300-6133.

We had a similar issue & ended up having to fix it ourselves by creating another account. Their tech support is so useless (no matter if you chat, email or even call month after month) that they told us at every turn that what we wanted to do was not possible, only for us to end up doing it ourselves. We are now actively looking at competitors in order to jump ship as soon as we find a suitable replacement.
