UNABLE TO GET HELP ACCESSING SOFTWARE I AM PAYING FOR!!!!!!!
Adobe has gone from one of my most trusted apps (when I could download to my computer) to THE MOST FRUSTRATING piece of technology I am forced to deal with in my business operations. The reason being is that I am paying for the subscription, but more times than not, I AM UNABLE TO ACTUALLY USE IT!!! Repeatedly, when I try to login, it tells me my subscription has expired and prompts me to PURCHASE A SERVICE I AM ALREADY PAYING FOR!!!! I attempted to get help with the online chat, and spent 40 minutes and could not get the problem resolved. The person said they would transfer me to technical support, but then the support line cut out, and I was not allowed to reach out to ANYBODY. So after A LOT of poking around, I FINALLY found an ACTUAL PHONE NUMBER to call. I have now been on hold for OVER TWO HOURS!!! And I have been forced to listen to really low sound quality music at high pitches that is EXTREMELY AGGRAVATING. I just want to convert a simple Word document to PDF, a process that should take no longer than 10 seconds, and I have been at this for almost 3 HOURS NOW!!! I have provided similar feedback in the past and nobody ever got back to me, so I am not sure who will see this. But there has GOT to be an easier way to get help gaining access to a software I am paying for!!
