Hidden unfair fees from customer on cancellation
I no longer wish to use my current plan as my work is completed, but now Adobe is asking for half of the remaining month's fee. This is unfair because this information was not clearly communicated. As a reputable brand, Adobe should not impose hidden costs on customers. Any important rules related to payments should be prominently highlighted on the screen so that customers can make informed decisions about whether to subscribe or not. There are many other alternatives available, so please don't lower your standards in the pursuit of business.
