Sort out fields on templates
Forms that have recently been sent out from templates appear to have fields in the incorrect pages, despite them being correct on the template.

Thanks for letting us know. To help us investigate this issue, could you provide a bit more detail?
- Are all fields shifting pages or only specific ones?
- Does this happen every time you send the form, or only in certain cases?
- If possible, can you share an example of a generated form showing the incorrect field placement?
This info will help us reproduce the problem and identify the cause.
