If it is not compliant for the originator to sign in place of original recipient, that is not your responsibility to enforce. In my process, I am qualified to sign for this individual, and now I have to cancel and reroute to every signatory because one colleague is out of office this week. I am just going to re-route with myself in that place anyway.
