AdobeSign not processing secured signature collection
Adobe Sign is NOT letting me collect signature on secured documents even though they allow you to collect signature.
Attached is two screenshots.
1) the error message when I try to upload the document
2) the document properties clearly showing allowed Signing.
This is severely impacting business for my firm. Fix ASAP please
