train your agents better
I just spent 4 hours going around and around in circles when all i needed was to upgrade my subscription, i did suggest this early on but the agent said i didn't have to.
I have security concerns for my compute information as the agent seemed to go silent so i ended the session.
I can't understand how your agents can be so poorly trained.
I wastes so much time, i guess i am wasting more time now too.
