I received an email notifying me about an upcoming payment. I presume I forgot to unsubscribe after a free trial. In the reply window I stated that I wanted to cancel my subscription (4th Feb). Dont know if it was read or not but I got charged again in March. Whats the point in having a reply option if nobody responds. Ive cancelled now but $110 later down the drain.
