Frequent errors and bugs; fails at splitting documents into multiple files (every time); fails at extracting PAGES (50% of the time); many other tasks fail; constant issues; Data loss with uploading/downloading; and the list goes on. These problems have persisted for over 6 months now. Please provide ETA as to the Developer resolution (I assume they'll do an update to fix these long-term bugs?). These problems persist regardless of device type and location, wifi source, etc.
