I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I've encountered while trying to use the "Convert PDF to Word" feature in Adobe Acrobat. Unfortunately, I’ve been receiving an error message (attached) that prevents me from completing the conversion. I’ve tried a few troubleshooting steps, such as opening and closing the Microsoft Edge browser and clearing my cookies and cache, signing in and back out, but the issue persists.
