Inconsistent UX for Marking Up Edits
The UX is inconsistent for seemingly no reason. The way editing tools appear and what's available can vary, even if a file is exported and shared the exact same way. In a recent instance my team experienced, a designer made 2 versions of the same poster and shared each PDF as individual links for us to review. One poster had the "Strikethrough Text" editing tool as an option while the other poster did not, as seen in this screenshot. That tool is also not available in the sidebar menu of tools.
