Don't bury the 'Download' button - make it OBVIOUS

MAKE THE "DOWNLOAD PDF" BUTTON FRONT-AND-CENTRE!!!!!
It took several minutes to find the ONLY tool I needed. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL.
