Make editing text not extraordinarily slow and painful
Editing text and especially tables is absolutely, embarrassingly awful. How is it so bad? There is no group select, you have to click each element to delete it. I was editing a document and randomly, two text boxes stopped being able to be edited at all. Now there are just floating "2%"s on the contract, with no way to hide or delete them. I do not understand how this product is so bad and yet remains the industry standard? This is the kind of thing that would be embarrassing if a student turned it in for a project, let alone a multi-billion dollar company's flagship product.
