For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  4. Advanced Find on specific pages

    I would like Advanced Find tool to be able to search for a word, letter or number on a user specified range of pages. It would give me a shorter find list to go through.

  6. Worst web design and execution

    Such a poor design of application. There is no search bar even. Really vexed with this online web application design. I am a adobe cloud customer for last 5 years, this product really is your worst among all.

  9. Reminders and Searching through documents awaiting signature

    The two things that are awful in this version are: 1- I cannot glance at the list of documents and see which ones have active reminders going for them. You have to click on multiple items to see what the status of the reminders are for each document. This is ridiculous.

    2- I want to search among my documents that are not completed to see which ones are a certain type of document so I can know which ones of that type are still outstanding. When I click on search and a keyword it pulls all of the agreements/documents with…

  14. Search features have stopped being functional

    The search function seems to have stopped being useful, and the list of RECENT files are showing not only those from June 2020, but also June 2019. Please get this fixed asap. It is hard enough to navigate as it is.

    Hi, I am a heavy user of Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile app and also a user of the document cloud, and I have two simple question that I cannot get answers to because the mobile app is only supported in forums now (I asked on the forum more than a month ago, no answer). I think these are very common questions, and the previous app version used to do them well: 1-How can I search in document filenames only? 2-How can I see the files by order of most recently "opened"?   16. Search should also search in pdf file content

    I would expect the search function on documentcloud.adobe.com to search in the content of the pdf-files. But it seems as if it does not. I have tried to copy OCR-text from a pdf saved in document cloud, pasted one of the words in the search fields and none files are identified.

    I would highly appreciate a search function actually searching the content of the files, not only the file names. This would also be great in the Adobe Scan app.

    Much much bigger thumbnails would be a vast improvement so I dont have to open documents one at a time to find one I am looking for.

  19. OCR: "e" becomes "c" frequently.

    In this document, OCR fails frequently.

    In many cases, lower case "e" will be wrongly OCR'ed into "c", even when the word is a standard dictionary word: For instance "The" becomes "Thc", "references" becomes "referenccs", and "accelerations" becomes "accelcrations".

    The problem increases as the photo becomes more blurry, but, in short, it means that the OCR isn't quite reliable enough for document archiving.

  20. Search does not work

    The search function does not work well anymore. When I put in some email addresses I get a whole list of files that are not associated with it at all, so I cannot easily locate all files sent to one email any longer. Extremely inconvenient, please restore prior functionality.
