For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. I cannot seem to change my last name (divorce) on my main screen. I have changed it on my profile, but it still shows up as my old last name. Sends files with my old name. Anyone have any ideas?

    We’ve made some improvements to the upload speeds let us know if you’ve noticed improvements.

  5. I no longer can see the clients I have sent contracts to. everything just gives the template name. Also I cant figure out how to finish prefilling a item I started. This is so confusing.

  6. Good Afternoon,

    I already have a Subscription. However, I was having problems with my Mac operating system (High Sierra). I downgraded to El Capitan to try and correct these problems. My data is backed up in Time Machine, but if I restore it, it will reinstall the High Sierra operating system, creating the same problems again. I would like to download another copy of Adobe Acrobat DC, but I'm not sure how to do this and not be charged like a new member. Also, I was examining my Key Chain to check for invalid certificates.     Can you tell us what version of FireFox you’re using and whether you’re on Windows or Mac?

    Also try hovering over the item and checking the box to the left of the file icon. Then let us know if you can access the function you need from the pane that opens on the right.

  11. All of the files we had sent through the system before July 12 are missing. These are files that go back to 2012 when we started with EchoSign. If this is Adobe and files are in the cloud then why the need to purge all my old agreements?? ADOBE WHAT ARE YOU DOING??? That was 6 years worth of agreements and signed documents that you decided I didn't need anymore?!?!?!? I want an answer for this and a restoration of my missing files NOW.

  13. I'm a Pro DC subscriber. I can't download adobe Pro DC unless I subscribe on the spot, I'm signed in as me, you should recognize that it's me and let me download it as an active subscription. No help to me.

  18. pour le site, je ne sais pas, je ne vois pas l'intérêt du service. en général google drive ou one drive font mieux le travail.

  19. I am so disgusted with Adobe and their approach to disabling legitimately purchased Acrobat Pro XI that I have deleted my software and purchased PDF Element6 Pro. Their price is better than yours, the utility it provides is all that I require and I only have to pay for it the one time and not be subject to Adobe's extornionate practices. I bought Pro XI bundled with a Fujitsu 1200M scanner. Go after them not me if its 'counterfeit'. I shall avoid using or recommending Adobe software from now onwards.

  20. Is it possible to revert back to the previous design of the website?
    I don't think the new design is user friendly. With the old design it was easier to use as all agreements were categorised, ie:
    - Out for signature
    - Cancelled
    - Signed agreements
    If this is a feature that is available in the new design, please can you make it more obvious as to how to categorise the agreements. With the new new design, all agreements are just listed which is not efficient when you want to quickly check your agreements that you need to follow up…
