For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. As a CEO/Founder of multiple business growing aggressively, it's so clear to me why Adobe is tanking. If the company does not get new leadership and culture, it won't exist in 5 years. The entire strategy seems to be to turtle shell outdate, slow, disfunctional assets. I'm trying to set up a new machine with Adobe and it's a horendous experience. Even this feedback app sucks, erasing my data and making me type it again. Fire your management or close the business. TERRIBLE!

  2. I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to express my frustration with the level of support I’ve received over the past month. Despite several lengthy sessions with your help desk, my issue remains unresolved, and I’ve lost a significant amount of time and productivity as a result.

    To give one example — during a screen-sharing session, a representative spent over 15 minutes attempting to open a PDF file in InDesign, which is, of course, not possible. Incidents like this have left me questioning the quality and technical proficiency of your support team.

  3. I’m searching for a reliable software solution that can convert multiple archive formats like TAR.GZ, RAR, and 7Z into ZIP files without data loss. Preferably, it should support batch conversion and work smoothly on Windows. Any recommendations for a secure and user-friendly tool?

  5. Don't hide the print/download button somewhere totally obscure, unintuitive and inconvenient. Literally, other than fill/sign a pdf, wtf do people do with PDFs? USE THEM. Horrible UIX.

  8. The QuickBooks Install Diagnostic Tool is a utility offered by Intuit to resolve problems with your QB Desktop application. This is present in the QuickBooks Tool under the Installation Issues section. You can use the tool by clicking on it and waiting for it to finish its work process.

  10. Adobe stops responding. Read Aloud does not work; it hasn't managed to do one PDF yet. poor program, I wouldnt recommend to family or friends. resolving issue woul dbe easier with support.
