Adobe is clunky and disrupts workflow
I really dislike adobe. It is difficult, annoying and constantly disrupting my work. It requires multiple steps. It is not easy and I wish it would stay out of my business. I am trying to work and this program just creates problems. It needs to be streamlined and much simpler. It is trying to do too much and is too invasive.

Adobe Acrobat Needs a Total Overhaul
Adobe Acrobat seriously needs a full interface and performance overhaul. The app is extremely slow and laggy, even when doing basic tasks like scrolling, selecting text, or switching tools. This happens constantly and makes it frustrating to use for any real work.
The app also crashes far too often. This is true for both the web version and the downloaded desktop app, with the desktop version actually performing worse. For a product that costs this much, the instability is unacceptable.
On top of that, the interface is not user-friendly. Tools are hard to find, the layout feels outdated, and there…

i couldnt save the file i was just editing until i paid for it, now that i subscribed for it the file i need isnt there and has to be redone, ******** for wasting my time and money with your free trial subscription service to a program you used to be able to buy and own that i only need once a decade

Unhappy with converting to word
Hi, this is a Word version of a PDF file. I've tried converting it to Word but haven't been successful. The words and letters are unclear, and many are missing. I experience this very frequently. It's increasing my hesitation to use this application. I think some improvements are needed in this area. Am I the only one experiencing this?

Menu Layout
There is too much difficulty cofiguring adobe to work for me. I want the menu across teh top of the screen but you provide no option to make such changes. This is not useful for me. Either you provide a way or send instaructions to configure the menu flexibly or cancel my subscription. Thank you.

Please stop shoving AI on me
Please. Every time I sign in you've changed it and I spend 10 minutes or more figuring out how to just create a pdf or organize pages. I don't want AI - please stop forcing it on me! I just need to use Adobe to meet deadlines, and these changes are making it very hard to meet my deadlines -

Table of Contents
Being in a corporate environment, I have to use the Adobe Extension in Edge to open PDFs. In a particular set of my PDFs, there are a built in table of contents that appears in the right sidebar when I open in the adobe reader on win 10. I cannot find a way to open this table of contents which I need in my limited win 11 environment.
There needs to be a way to open this table of contents in the edge extension. Bookmarks are NOT a reasonable facsimile.1 vote -

You desperately need to work on your UI. ive used adobe pro for all of 10 minutes and i already want to cancel it. it is absolutely insane that i can't download a file folder from my cloud storage and the option is only even available to me on browser (even though it doesn't work). can't dowload multiple selected files either. this is basic functionality and very insane of you to charge people as much as you do for a product that gives more headache to do basic file management than the actual reason for using your product

Advertising Blocks Use and Closes Adobe
I have Adobe Acrobat PDF Pack. The Adobe advertising makes it impossible to use. The advertisements freeze my document. When I close an advertisement it closes Adobe. It is completely unusable like this. I have searched for how to turn the advertising off but it will not stay off. The one I am attaching is the biggest problem, then the next big problem is the offer for an AI Summary. I do not want an AI Summary, but the offer will not go away.

TRASH PROGRAM AND SERVICE
what a horrible experience Adobe is from start to finish. unfortunately i just renewed my subscription with this mess and now the app won't open on the laptop and i am reduced to writing a review to an AI Bot that can't preform basic program functions. I will be canceling my membership getting a refund and finding a PDF viewer!!! that works. Good day.

Get it together
Adobe is sucking more and more as the days pass. Options such as 'Combine Files' not opening. When I upload a file, I get an error message and I have to refresh a bunch till finally, it decides to work. I'm told something is password protected, when it in fact, is not. I click on options and nothing happens. GET IT TOGETHER.

Nothing has worked since i started using the subscription service.
I have had my Adobe subscription for about an hour and it has stalled, frozen, or lost my file at least a dozen times. Now it's telling me that there's an "error" with a file and i can't edit or view it, but it won't tell me what that error is.
I have never had such a terrible experience with Adobe until now. This is unacceptable and I will be canceling my subscription after not even a day because of this.
