For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

I am getting very upset and looking at stopping my subscription...I got a couple licenses, now my adobe will not work...when I bring it up, I'm not signed in, then when I try to sign in, the app closes...I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times to the same results...its starting to be not work it...how can I fix this?

  2. Some sensitive documents were inadvertently moved to your cloud storage because there is no clear way to disable this. The recent TOS controversy makes it clear that Adobe's cloud services are not safe for users, but that this happens automatically and is opt-out (rather than opt-in) indicates that Adobe prefers having access to users' sensitive documents.

    This is completely unacceptable and that I am now finding documents stored on Adobe cloud that I DID NOT OPT TO UPLOAD is an enormous privacy violation.

    You NEED to make it clearer and easier how one can disable Adobe Cloud access and ensure…

  3. I had a very bad experience with your technical team by spending an hour still cant resolve the issue of my downloading your software on my laptop. Hence I have decided not to use your software and wanted to refund and cancel my subscription

    And your team member is super unhelpful. I just want to cancel my subcription and refund since I just subscribed it TODAY.

    Your this customer service keep putting my onhold for checking, which I had no idea what else to check since I already said I do not want to continue.

  5. you have to remove the bugs for not having the "upgrading additional features" which is stuck at 90%; it does not let me work properly.
    Also, why is the Snipping tool not working with the Acrobat reader. My computer skills are not IT level so the answer found on the Internet are not helpful .

  6. Adobe has made their product so complicated and messy you practically need a diploma to navigate the product. Everything seems to be in the wrong place, nothing is intuitive. Worse the floating options are trigger happy and will automatically activate and change the page you are on before you have even been able to register what the function you are floating over is. Who in their right mind designed this product? More problematic than efficient. Buggy as all ****. KEEP IT SIMPLE!

  9. Adobe acrobat online isn't usable for download/print... as of recent, i get the message "still downloading" before I can print/download. PLEASE FIX.

    ALSO, the mobile app for Adobe is very annoying with the fixed "AI" icon on the lower-right of all my PDFs. PLEASE REMOVE IT. I have to use ANOTHER PDF Reader because of this!

  12. Please change the terminology used to complete signatures so that customers are not confused. At least half of my customers get confused once they have completed their documents when they have to tap/click on a link or button that says "Click to Sign". Better terminology would be "Click to complete" or Click to finish" or "Click to finalize"

  15. Many customers have complained for YEARS now that Adobe removed the ability to delete web forms from Adobe Acrobat/Adobe Sign. Please respond to let me know when you have fixed this problem, because if I can't delete forms, it means I can't control my data, and it means Adobe cannot be trusted with customer data. Which means we may have to look for an alternative and end our relationship with Adobe. I appreciate your prompt response to address this very serious concern. Thank you - Lisa

  16. This is the worst version of Adobe signature. There is no push notification, there is no link to get you back to homepage when you decline signature, and every time I close the app, I have to signing again. And the best part, there is no way to issue a ticket. Only F** robot responding and not understanding these issues

  19. Tried my first document with AI Assistant. It's a 15 page PDF. I got error messages and "this document is not supported", but no information why. It's a PDF with text. What kind of AI just leaves it at that? Why can't I ask it what is wrong with the document. Is it really AI if it's just following pre-programmed messages that don't give you any actual infromation? "An error occurred" is not an appropriate response and then that's it. So far not impressed with Adobe's versions of AI. It's still a flow chart of actions that are made to…

  20. You guys suck with the free tool tease. I will NEVER purchase any services from you just because of your nasty bait and switch tactics. Either give it free, or don't, but only allowing a couple of uses and then trying to charge with no warning is a slimy used car salesman tactic and I find your approach disgusting.
