  1. We used to be able to upload files with signatures on them so that our providers could sign as well. Now that's not an option because the document is considered to be "secured." Please bring this feature back - it is essential for our work!

    Hi,

    We understand you are encountering some trouble with the new feature in Request e-signatures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.

    If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:
    1.    Click on your profile icon.
    2.    Select "Settings".
    3.    In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".

    This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  2. The title of the document contained in the message to recipients should either not have quotes at all or the period needs to be inside the final quotation mark.

  5. Recently this service has been terrible. We use Adobe to send contracts for our business and it has been problem after problem. Documents aren't sending, having trouble saving documents, a client wasn't able to sign a contract yesterday, and the software is often not responding. It worked great before, but something is not right now.

  6. The latest update is not working properly. The e-signature fields are not where we are placing them in the documents and our clients are not able to sign properl;y.

  7. I wanted to recover my last deleted file. It was a pdf of the book "Atomic Habits" by James Clear. I want my copy because I had highlighted content and comments in that file.

    Not having a recycle bin or trash is very inconvenient in my opinion.

  8. Let the designer accept/complete the comment without it disappearing from the list for everyone to see.

    Create an opportunity for the sender to check off comments that have been corrected so that the comments stay in the list for all to see but the designer can track what has been corrected.

  10. You broke the ability to send multiple e-sign templates WITHOUT warning & in the middle of a month. We have used your platform in this manner for 5+ years.

    This is insanely disruptive & a horrendous decision. You destroyed the flexibility of the platform.

    How in the world is this a good business decision?

    We will be moving to an alternative platform, good bye Adobe.

  11. I have now 2 separate documents with each party's signature, and I can't figure out why I can't make a combined one with both signatures on it! I'm trying to find a way of contacting customer support for a half an hour now, but there is literally no platform to contact you for help! I hate this.

  12. Hi,
    please i would like 2 things
    1. when i am reading, and highlight any text the right menu of "comments" automatically appears and the size of my width pdf is reduced, for the right menu, and for get again my desire previous size, i need close the right menu all the time.
    Then every time i use highlight after i need to close the right menu, and it is uncomfortable, will be better if the menu don't appears and is keeped hide especially when you use the highlight tool many times.

  13. I wish you would put higher priority to implementing full functionality regarding PDF forms. As a Linux user, the need for Acrobat Reader to fill PDF forms has been the only reason to still have a windows installation since years now, and I would really have hoped that with the advent of web apps there would be no need for this any longer soon. PLEASE implement form filling in the web app!

  14. For electronic signatures, it has an error 70% of the time. During the 30% of time where there is no error, it says the storage limit is exceeded. I just signed up and haven't used any documents.

  15. Why can't I send out two templates? I used to be able to do so. One is my contract. And, the second is the attached scope of services. And, the scope may change for different jobs. This makes no sense. Please fix this.

  16. When someone sends me a digital signature request, the signature that is going into it is wrong and I need to correct it, but it has somehow become associated with my account. I have spent the last 15 minutes trying to find a way to change it. This page promised to help me:

  17. Created a multi-line text field in Acrobat, but when sent out for eSignatures it always converts the text fields to single line of text. This is super annoying.

La actualización en la solicitud de firmas electronicas tiene cambios que no ayudan en agilizar el proceso de envio a firma, Por el contrario genera mas demora, tengo dos temas especificos, en la selección de correos tengo que ingresar uno por uno y tengo que dar clic en la opcion agregar destinatario, en la versión anterior copiaba y pegaba la lista de correo y listo. el otro punto complicado esta en la seleccion de firmas para agregar los recuadros, tengo que desplegar una lista o agregar campos y luego darle clic para cambiar el destinatario, en la versión anterior solo…

    We are sorry you are having trouble with this feature. To add an attachment to an agreement you need to click the attachment field, then a file explorer should open where you can select the field. Please let us know if this resolves your issue.

  20. Please fix the serious problem of eSignatures feature not working. When I try to use the esign or signature tools to approve a document, Adobe Acrobat freezes up and stops working. I have to run task manager and forcefully close adobe acrobat.
