  1. Unable to edit file

    I recently activated my adobe acrobat subscription and I am unable to edit PDF files. Could you please help and tell me how to operate Adobe on my IPad?

  2. Adobe Reader on iOS 13.1.1 does not render native PDFs that have markups. The Markup does not render when viewing.

    Markup a web page in iOS 13.1.1 using Apple Pencil. Save the PDF or share it with Adobe Reader. When you open the file the Adobe Reader does not render the markup.

  3. The edited acrobat pdf is not saved in the files . Can not access the edited one.

    It is visible in the icon but not when maximised

  4. Pentagramma musicale

    Buongiorno, mi capita di leggere spartiti musicali. Spesso il problema è che scompaiono le righe del pentagramma musicale nella visualizzazione a tutta pagina. Facendo zoom per ingrandire le righe ricompaiono. Facendo comparire il menù di testata le righe ricompaiono, pur essendo diminuito lo zoom di poco. Con altre app il problema non si presenta. Grazie per il supporto

  5. Dropbox

    I can’t open a pdf from dropbox on my ipad. It’s version 19.09.02. It asks me always to allow adobe to link to dropbox and it fails to open.

  6. The document cannot be opened because it is corrupted or damaged

    I have the the Adobe Acrobat version 19.09.02 (20190917.164021) installed on my iPhone 11 Pro with 13.1.2 iOS version and I get the same error messages at all times when trying to open PDF files from different senders.

  7. Password protected PDFs not fillable

    I have simple form pdfs that are password protected against editing. I can open and fill / sign them in onedrive, but not in adobe reader for ipad / iphone. Is this a bug?

  8. Superscript and Subscript?

    I am slowly using my iPad and keyboard combo as an alternative to my desktop PC. I pay for Adobe Acrobat Pro and I find the iOS version lacking in features, included the options to subscript and superscript text using the edit pdf tool. I need these options to do the work I want to do on my iPad.

  11. Lost my acrobat subscription

    Hello,

    I am an adobe acrobat user

    The system is: IpadOS

    The device : ipad pro

    My problem is : i have an active subscription to premium acrobat 9.99$ on appstore

    Suddly the app won’t recognize that i am a subscriber and i can not restore my purchases, try everything restarting , closeing the app , log out then log in still won’t recognize my subscription

    I need my premium for making new pdf and converting from PPX to pdf

  12. How do I fill and download files shared via a link?

    I received files via a shared link and have very few options for them. Two glaring absent options are, the ability to download the files on my iOS devices as well as the fill and sign features.

    This update is a failure, compared to older versions of Reader by the way. #unsatisfied

    Please take a look at how PDF Expert provides service: much more user friendly interface.

  14. Cannot activate my new subscription

    Cannot activate new subscription. Log out / log in does not fix it. Restart iPad does not fix it. Cannot get past the screen shown in the attached image.

  15. Adobe PDF Reader for Samsung Smart TV

    For some reason, there are no PDF readers or viewers for Samsung Smart TVs. This creates frustrating limitations when using the Smart TV internet browser for researching information. Please consider providing a PDF reader for Samsung and other smart TVs. Thank you for allowing us to comment.

  17. i dont want adobe. I have been trying to cancel it for months it doesn't work for me and I have a paper trail of undelivered requests I am

    i want to cancel and you will not respond to me I am taking matter to FSO if you are gnore me and try to claim money from me any more.

  19. Show use of layers

    Hi,
    It would be so handy if you’ld make the option for viewing layers within the PDF possible. It’s a feature in Acrobat on computers and would be much appreciated in the app as I use multi-layered PDF’s for work all the time (making them on a PC in Illustrator and saving them as PDF, but for presentations elsewhere I use my iPad, but then miss the opportunity to show the full range of the multi-layered PDF).
