    Hej som i skrev skulle jeg kontakte jer.

    I 2017 blev jeg ansat i Roskilde kommune som rengøringsflyver, jeg fik så ansvaret at skulle være en supporter til at hjælpe alle Rengøringskoordinator med deres iPad da alle sammen havde fået en arbejdes iPad, men de havde ikke noget program der til så jeg fandt adobe Acrobat da jeg kende det privat, det lykkes og vi brugte det i ca 2 år så lavet i en opdatering som ændret hele programmet så meget at det blev umuligt at bruge mere for os, samtidige med det var der også problemer med at…

  3. Search failure

    I saved a pdf document beginning with 4 characters “Lesl”. Searching for these 4 characters fails every time. I restored it to Acrobat from Google Drive and its on the list of recently opened files and it is intact. When I search for it, it’s still not there! New since last update, for sure, I search for this file all the time.

  4. Document cloud not loading on all devices

    Documents on cloud not loading on all devices

    I always save my documents for school on my adobe cloud so I can access them on all my devices, but for some reason I’m able to pull up all documents on my computer, but not my iPad. I three documents giving me trouble which already have notes and highlights, so I prefer not to delete and redownload in an effort not to loose document info. I’ve saved my edits to the document cloud, but still aren’t showing up despite signing out and back in.
    I expect to have the document load…

  5. La nube funciona mal en iPad

    Al editar archivos en la aplicación para iPad, se cargan en la nube de manera múltiple. Es decir, no queda un archivo único que se va actualizando online, como en la MacBook y en el iPhone, sino que se guarda una versión nueva cada vez que se guardan cambios en iPad. Para colmo, borrar una versión implica a veces borrar todas, no se eliminan de manera independiente. Estaría bueno que lo modifiquen, ya que la app para iPad es mucho más útil e interactiva que la de MacBook.

  8. Downloads keep disappearing (bug)

    I have several PDF files stored in Document Cloud and I want to access some of them on Acrobat Reader on several iPads, offline.
    So, I locate the files, tap on the little cloud icon, the files download but after a few minutes or if I restart the iPad, the downloads disappear and I have to re-download them.

    Some info about my setup:

    • CC suite is being used on two Macs.
    • The latest Acrobat Reader app has been downloaded on several up to date iPads, under 2-3 Apple IDs, and all are logged in and able to access the Document…

  9. Pdf is invisible

    Dear Adobe

    I am a user of your Adobe Reader on my Ipad, gradually moving all material from Ibooks to Adobe reader, primarily because of the Reader’s superior folder structure. Now I am faced with a problem. The main body of an old book, dated 1563, as obtained from the Utrecht university library, is visible in Ibooks but not in Adobe Reader. The link to that book is:

  11. Can not open offline available cloud files

    Downloaded files no longer available offline.
    Download does not work despite internet connection.
    loading icon turns until nothing else happens at all.
    After reinstalling the app, it is still not possible to download from the cloud.

  12. Adobe Acrobat read-only document on a PDF that is modificable

    When I am reading and highlighting text on a PDF and then I go to another app, or the iPad just goes to sleep and then you come back and try to do the same thing, you get a message saying that the PDF is read-only, that, of course, is not true because I was just editing it. This is a big bug because I use this app to study and having to reopen the book again everytime is so frustrating

    My IOS is 9.3.5, please fix, I'm going to use some alternative apps until you fix the bug

    when i open a pdf book it open many pages BEFORE the page i was last on

    this is a new bug in recent weeks

  17. Digitally signed pdf shown as corrupted

    I tried to open a pdf which was digitally signed with a self signed certificate for demo purposes, the app recognised the file as corrupted. Acrobat Reader on pc behaves as expected, shows invalid signature as ca untrusted.

  18. Colorspacing Issue in View Mode

    There is a longstanding issue (noticed it over half a year ago) with RGB PDFs toggling back and forth between RGB and CMYK color modes when viewing.

    When I am viewing an RGB PDF, the colorspace will randomly toggle back and forth between RGB and CMYK. This is extremely undesirable when showing designs to clients.

    The issue appears randomly when zooming in on a PDF or when going back and forth between pages. I attached a video of the issue.

    I am running Mac OS Mojave 10.14.5 and Acrobat version 2019.012.20034.

  19. Open Hyperlinks

    Acrobat on Mac OS opens hyperlinks fine in PDFs. Acrobat in iOS does not (neither on iPad or iPhone). I have to save a PDF in iBooks to be able to click on hyperlinks. Can this be fixed?
