7. Adobe PDF Pack subscription not working

   Unable to use features of Adobe PDF Pack - Doc creator (edit, create, & combine files) although I have paid and have previously been able to access these features. I am now prompted to subscribe to Adobe Acrobat Premium.

   When trying to restore purchases, I received an error that purchases were made with a different Apple ID (though I was signed in to the one associated with the subscription) and that it was unable to connect to the iTunes store. After reinstalling the Adobe Acrobat Reader app (for iOS) I now receive the error that “no purchases were restored”.

   I have now cancelled my subscription, but as I am not able to use the services that I have already paid for I am requesting a refund for the amount paid for the past month. I already tried requesting a refund through apple, but it “did not meet the conditions for a refund”.

8. Can’t attach to outlook

10. 在文件菜单中，切换显示图片模式时不成功。

    在文件菜单中，切换显示模式为图片模式的成功几率很小，几乎为零。但在主页菜单下切换显示模式却很正常。我喜欢adobe acrobat，使用得很多，无力购买一些功能！但并不影响我给你们提出进一步完善和改善这款APP的建议。也感谢你们重视和能及时回复我的建议。

11. Files are not in my list for cloud or on my IPhone.

    When I duplicate a file it does not show up in the list. When I rename a file the name does not change. If I search for either new file it shows up as the original name, so I edit the file then search for it again it sometimes shows up as the correct new name, mostly the original name, but never in the cloud or on my phone, only can find it by the search option. I now have over a dozen files that can only be found by using the search option, can’t find them when looking through my cloud or On phone lists.

13. Saving file does not work. Sharing does not work. Sending e-mail does not work. This version of Adobe acrobat is the worst I have ever seen.

    What the **** is wrong with this piece of junk. Saving files does not work. Sharing files does not work. Sending e-mail of file does not work. 19. Unable to load page with images and losing image when zoomed

    Title: unable to load a flight simulator image in pdf and image lost when zoomed

    Steps to reproduce the issue:
    1.Open pages from 121 and scroll to end of the pdf
    2. Zoom page 121

    Environment:
    iOS 12.3.1, acrobat reader version 19.06.00, ipad 6th gen

    Expected result: Images should load instantly and should keep the image when zoomed.
    Observed result: Image/images load for more than 5 seconds and white screen is rendered when the image is zoomed

20. Unable to Open Document

    I have had the most recent update and now New PDF's that I try to open show :

    Unable to open Document
    An Unknown error occurred.

    Older PDF's will open literally older by 24hours but any new ones wont open on iPhone. Please help!
