  1. The app stays open and the files are still accessed but the viewing window is closed every time I switch away from acrobat to another full-screen window such as chrome. When I reopen the Acrobat window it opens as a minimized window overtop of a full-screen window. instead of over top of the desktop view. This started happening after Acrobat froze and then failed to quit reporting it would after phantom "updates were finished installing for Acrobat Pro DC" which I never downloaded or installed. Acrobat and the computer both had to be forcequit but acrobat still produced the same…

  3. When OneDrive is selected in the Save a copy menu, the Microsoft Authenticator app is opened and nothing happens. Also occurs when the OneDrive icon is selected in the “Work with files stored online” box on the home page.
    I am unable to save PDFs to OneDrive due to this bug.

  6. So as of 19.09.00 and 19.09.01, when in Dropbox on iOS (I am using an iPhone XS max on 12.1.2), when you open a pdf and select to edit and open in adobe acrobat, acrobat cannot open the pdf and gives an unknown error.

  7. Hello,
    Adobe Reader is the only PDF reader that cannot open properly some kind of PDFs generated by the LaTeXiT software (I am the developer BTW).
    Those PDFs have a particularity : some metadata is hidden by using microscopic (1e-6) font size with transparent text.
    The PDF is generated through Apple's Quartz technology and standard drawing commands, using the standard Courier font.
    No PDF standard seems violated, but Adobe Reader complains about TrimBox problems (while all other PDF readers just work).
    Is there any reason/workaround ?
    It seems to be a bug in Adobe Reader.
    Here is attached an example.

  8. It won't let me do anything. I have a subscription but it won't let me sign in. I fill out the pdf when I send it it cuts off half of it. It won't let me go back and edit

  9. I am so so so done with Adobe. I can't get **** done because the **** thing keeps asking for my password over and over and over. When I try to print it tells me that I don't have an active account. Piece of ****!!!

  11. Fix the issue with connecting to dropbox when i try to save a file to dropbox always ask to check network connection or have to open dropbox app then i can save and so on

  13. After actualization the new app keeps deleting/not saving the coments, the highlights, etc., all the modifictions I do to the pdfs. Why?! It is extremely frustrating, as I work with Academic texts in my PhD research, and I lose every single note I add. This never happened in the ancient app, which was very fine.

    We’re really sorry for any inconveniences this has caused.

    If you can answer any of these specific questions, that would be really helpful:

    - How long had you been commenting for before you lost data?
    - Did you click the ‘done’ button in the top left?
    - Did you only use a single tool (highlight), or did you alternate?
    - How did you leave the pdf you were commenting before your comments were lost? (Switching to another app, closing the app, etc.)
    - Did you share the file?
    - Did the app crash?

  15. I have an Adobe account through work (to use Adobe Acrobat, which my employer pays for) and a separate personal account (to use Photoshop, which I pay for separately). The fact that I cannot be logged into these two separate accounts for two separate programs at the same time is becoming unworkable. Photoshop can take quite a while to fully load, so just signing in and out of accounts is not really an option. Please include a method of toggling accounts, or separate your very, very different products - office vs. artistic.

  19. STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE:

    Open the sample PDF file (attached) in Adobe Acrobat on your PC. In Acrobat, select 'File' > 'Properties' and note that a password has been applied to restrict editing of the document with 'Commenting', 'Filling of form fields', and 'Signing' unrestricted.

    Now, open this PDF on your iPhone/iPad using the Acrobat Reader app. You will find that even though the PDF has Commenting enabled, there is no option provided to the user to either add comments to the document or apply mark-up using the Apple Pencil.
