4. Adobe version 7

   I tried opening my bank statements on my iPhone and it says I need adobe version 7... I updated my app and it still doesn’t work. What gives? I cannot check what version I have. It just says version 19.1.###.##...... you get the point.
   Help!

5. Downloadable forms

   All I need access to is the ability to download a form that has been completed on my ipad. With the old Adobe Acrobat I could have a client fill out a form and then share a flattened copy that would then be downloadable to Google Drive, my iPad, or Adobe Cloud. I can’t seem to be able to do this. (Even after I switched the share flattened copy toggle) This is really frustrating, because being able to do this one thing looks like I have to upgrade to a $24/mo. plan... I use this feature between 1-3 times a month. That’s such a waste. Please help me figure out a better way. I really dislike that this function was taken away from your new - “upgraded” platform.

6. Disappearing text in Thai Language in Fill & Sign mode

   I often use Acrobat Reader in iPad and have a good experience in Fill & Sign in old version that support Thai language.

   The new version don’t support to Thai language in Fill & Sign.
   I can typed Thai language in the text box but when I finish typed the text box disappeared. This text box still available when I touch on the text box area, it pop up and allow me to re-edit the text box.

   I expect that the new version can support Thai language when fill in text box same as the old version.

   iPad Pro 10.5”
   iOS 12.1.1

7. App won’t export PDF

   I have a subscription for it but the app won’t export any of my PDFs to excel or anything for that matter. It says it will let me know when it’s done but nothing happens.

9. Japanese input candidates are not shown on iPad while typing on PDF form

   Japanese input candidates are not shown when using PDF forms on iPad and iPad Pro. It needs to type space key 5 to 6 times to show candidates.
   It works with no problem on Windows.
   Field size needs to be fixed due to the size of form and number of field.

11. Opening documents and going to different pages

    The new update has made this program literally impossible to use. Any time I open a multipage PDF it opens it to a random page and I can't move more than 3 or 4 pages in either direction before it stops loading the PDF entirely. Whenever I try to jump to a new page by typing in the page number the program freezes and I have to quit. Then I open the document again and the whole thing starts all over.

    I also can no longer control the size of the pages. It will randomly zoom in on a page and nothing I do will make it return to the setting I had previously except leaving that page in the document. Uninstalling and reinstalling does nothing. There was nothing wrong with the previous design and you made a mistake making all these changes.

    I cannot see my files of document cloud on my iPad / iPhone. I can open them in my laptop only.

16. Sharing to WhatsApp and iOS Files

    Currently the app doesn’t allow me to attach PDFs to WhatsApp, to emails manually or to save them to my iCloud Files / the Files Folder on my iPhone and iPad where I keep everything organised. Extremely inconvenient and wastes time.
