  1. Colorspacing Issue in View Mode

    There is a longstanding issue (noticed it over half a year ago) with RGB PDFs toggling back and forth between RGB and CMYK color modes when viewing.

    When I am viewing an RGB PDF, the colorspace will randomly toggle back and forth between RGB and CMYK. This is extremely undesirable when showing designs to clients.

    The issue appears randomly when zooming in on a PDF or when going back and forth between pages. I attached a video of the issue.

    I am running Mac OS Mojave 10.14.5 and Acrobat version 2019.012.20034.

  2. Open Hyperlinks

    Acrobat on Mac OS opens hyperlinks fine in PDFs. Acrobat in iOS does not (neither on iPad or iPhone). I have to save a PDF in iBooks to be able to click on hyperlinks. Can this be fixed?

  6. My Subscription

    Hello,

    I just subscribed to one of your app packages and the option is not unblocked.

    I am trying to combine my files and it bring me back to subscription page. Then it says that I am already subscribed.

    Can you please help me fixe this problem.

  7. There is major delay in syncing

    I use smart phone and tablet. Using document cloud and dropbox to share content, so that i can read anywhere i want, using which ever gadget i want. But tablet data sync comparitively faster than mobile. It takes days mobile app to sync, I dont find annotations in tablet. Look in to this. Internet is working well.

  8. see more options & instructions on converting saving sharing on in the wording this to be will be more precise

    on the menus more direct options or available options even including installation and downloading of all of the adobe apps like scanning app or signing app software for example on the standard acrobat reader software Anything to accomplish the customers goal

  9. Can’t Sign reader extended form

    I created a fillable PDF with signature required. I saved it as reader extended and mailed it to myself.

    I cannot sign the form. In fact the signature field isn’t highlighted as fillable. Worse, I was able to hit the submit button even though the required signature was missing.

    Why?

  12. Lost features after iOS 12.3.2 upgrade

    After upgrading my iPhone and iPad I lost almost all functions in Adobe Acrobat. I use the free program. I save save to Adobe but I can no longer:
    Save to the Document file
    Move items to folders
    Make some comments in files.

    Once you save to Document cloud it seems to work, then 10 seconds later tells you it’s unable to save but made a “recovered file” for me.
    It is fully functional on my laptop, but changes I make on there, will NOT show up on my iPad or iPhone.
    Help!

  16. Adobe version 7

    I tried opening my bank statements on my iPhone and it says I need adobe version 7... I updated my app and it still doesn’t work. What gives? I cannot check what version I have. It just says version 19.1.###.##...... you get the point.

  17. Downloadable forms

    All I need access to is the ability to download a form that has been completed on my ipad. With the old Adobe Acrobat I could have a client fill out a form and then share a flattened copy that would then be downloadable to Google Drive, my iPad, or Adobe Cloud. I can’t seem to be able to do this. (Even after I switched the share flattened copy toggle) This is really frustrating, because being able to do this one thing looks like I have to upgrade to a $24/mo. plan...   18. App won’t export PDF

    I have a subscription for it but the app won’t export any of my PDFs to excel or anything for that matter. It says it will let me know when it’s done but nothing happens.

  19. Japanese input candidates are not shown on iPad while typing on PDF form

    Japanese input candidates are not shown when using PDF forms on iPad and iPad Pro. It needs to type space key 5 to 6 times to show candidates.
    It works with no problem on Windows.
    Field size needs to be fixed due to the size of form and number of field.
