4. Acrobat Reader refuses to print to HP7500A - bug

   Acrobat Reader no longer prints to HP7500A. As of about a year ago, any attempt to print on an HP7500A results in the error "The Document Could Not Be Printed". This happens regardless of what computer I try to print from. Acrobat Reader and HP Drivers are fully up to date. Prior to this, I printed 11x17 documents regularly from Acrobat Reader for 10+ years. Doing a complete reinstall of Acrobat and the Print Drivers did not fix the issue. The only solution I have found is to use a completely different program (PDFSam) to print.

5. Bug: Password failure

   I have two PDFs that are password-protected. When I open them with Acrobat on the iPad, it accepts the password. When I open them with Preview on the Mac (12.6.3) it accepts the password. But when I try to open them with Acrobat Reader on the Mac (2022.003.20314), it says the password is incorrect. It may be relevant that the password is hyphenated.

7. Bug - 別PDFファイルへのリンクをクリックするとクラッシュする

   Steps to reproduce the issue:

   2022.003.20282にアップデートされてから、PDFファイル内の別のPDFファイルへのリンクをクリックするとAdobe Readerがクラッシュします。

   1) pdf1.pdfを開く
   2) "PDF2へのリンク"をクリック
   3) セキュリティ警告を"許可"する
   4) pdf2.pdfが開かれる
   5) ”PDF1へのリンク"をクリック
   6) pdf1.pdfが開かれる
   7) "PDF2へのリンク"をクリック
   　>> 4)に戻り繰り返し

   何回か繰り返すと、最初にリンクをクリックしたときにもAdobe Readerがクラッシュしてしまいます。
   セキュリティ(拡張)のサンドボックスによる保護を無効にした場合、クラッシュする頻度は落ちますが、引き続き発生します。

   Environment:

   OS: Windows11 Pro 22H2
   Adobe Reader: 2022.003.20282 32bit版、64bit版

   Expected result:

   リンクを開いてもクラッシュする事のない動作

   Observed result:

   クリーンインストールした Windows 10 Pro, Windows 11 Pro を用意し、管理者権限を持っているユーザーで、2021.0072.0099 をインストールして試しました。
   このバージョンではクラッシュを確認する事ができませんでした。

   Acrobat Reader をアップデートし2022.003.20282である事を確認した後、クラッシュする事が確認できます。

   PDFファイルは、Microsoft wordで作成したdocxファイルを Adobe Destiller 2017でPDFに変換しています。
   元のdocxファイル、変換後のPDFファイル、現象が再現している動画を添付します。

   Since the March 7th update, the Windows 10 File Explorer preview pane will display a directory listing instead of a preview of a pdf if a # (hash tag/pound sign) is in the directory name or the file name. Not all special characters have been tested.

    Set Page number for PDF thumbnail preview.

    Adobe PDF thumbnails in windows explorer preview the first page of a PDF. Can this be adapted so a particular page of the document is the thumbnail preview rather than page 1. Could this be done whilst creating the PDF? forexample in indesign when exporting the file.

12. Desktop Shortcut

    Everytime Acrobat Reader updates (which appears to be daily now) it adds a new shortcut icon to the desktop. This has been complained about for YEARS by users.
    Adobe - you need to stop shoving these down our throats. You have a good product that I set as the default for opening pdfs, but I will never need a desktop shortcut to open your program. I prefer to keep my desktop empty of all icons.
    This 'feature' alone is making me consider using another product.

13. Bug: Acrobat Reader Renders pdf ok on screen but not all graphics is geting printed

    We generate reports from a scientific software as pdfs and we use Acrobat Reader to print hard copies of them. There is a lot of different information in the reports but what’s of interest for this bug report is the multilined graphs. Acrobat Reader will always render the graphs ok on screen but on some few of the reports lines is missing on the graphic when we print them. The only way get an acceptable print result out of one of this problematic pdfs is to select the print as image in the advanced setting of the print dialog in Acrobat Reader. I have included one of the problematic pdfs.
    We user a Sharp xm-4050N printer with latest PLC6 driver.
    The easest way to reproduce the problem is to print the repport and se that it lakes lins in the repport.
    We have reproduced the problem with the lasted build of Acrobar Reader DC.
    We are running on Windows 10 21H2 Enterpise.

16. Crash when using mouse scroll in advanced search results

    When I use advanced search and get more results than fit on a screen height, the Reader application crashes without an error message if I scroll list of results with the mouse wheel. If I use the scroll bar at the side, things are ok. This is on Windows 10 Pro, following a clean reinstall, using the latest update available. This also happens on another users machine in my organisation.
