  3. Frequently when trying to print a pdf using the Adobe Acrobat plugin, it just shows random characters instead of the actual document (see attached screenshot).
    It doesn't matter what printer I choose, even if I choose Adobe Acrobat PDF printer.
    So I have to save the pdf file, open it in Acrobat, then print it (a convoluted process).

  5. Printing any Adobe Acrobat document to any printer shows that it is gust going to print jargon characters.
    See attached screenshots of what the document should look like and what it looks like if you try printing from the Acrobat extension. I have to download the document, then open it in Acrobat then print it to work.

  9. I went online to find the solution and fixed it in Preferences, then rebooted and it still pops up EVERY dang time. Stop it.

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused due to this issue. Can you please help us with some information on this issue that will help us to debug this further?

    • Can you share a screenshot of what popup you are seeing?
    • Can you please clarify if you are getting the pop up everytime you open a new PDF or whenever you start the browser afresh?
    • Can you please check your cookie settings once? Go to chrome://settings/cookies and check if you have this setting enabled - Clear cookies and site data when you close all windows.

  11. This Edge Extension does very often not lead the PDF, no idea why. Sometime it does, sometimes it seems to hang

  16. I don't know why but these PDFs always stack the text like this when viewing in Chrome. It only happens on these particular downloads which are Resident Ledgers from our software system. When I open them in the desktop software everything looks normal. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

  17. Allow to print from Adobe Acrobat Online. When you use the print icon on the screen it does NOTHING! You have to "Open in desktop app" or download the file. Super annoying.

If not, please toggle from "Download PDFs" to "Open PDFs in Chrome". Now, please try to open PDFs in the Acrobat Viewer and print again.

  20. Not being able to print happens on every single PDF that it opens. Having one of my URLs is irrelevant. Also, there is no error message at all either. Nothing happens when I click the print button. There is no action at all nor anyway to engage a printer. The printer button is dead. This message is for Shilpa Setia . Asking the questions that you asked Camille are not helpful at all. When 100 people tell you it's not working, just assume it's not working and go figure it out. It should be easy to recreate on your end.…
