Hi,
We are delighted to share with you that Acrobat and Reader Desktop release for DC Continuous (21.007.20091) is Live now and this Takes care of the Feature Request to Change the Display Size of the Acrobat without changing the Scaling/Resolution of the machine. This can be Done from “View” → “Display Size”. For now this is avaialble for windows only.
More Info Here : https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/whats-new.html and go to “Change Acrobat Display Size”
Please update your Acrobat (It should Auto update or you should do Help → Check for updates) and let us know your Feedback.
Thanks
Ayush JainAn error occurred while saving the comment Kiran L Bhayani commentedThe latest update is terrible. I could not work until I saw revert to old menu. Few years ago, the community had same issues. We want to work without hunting for commands. For example, highlight requires OCR first. Until version 10, it was easy to highlight. After using Acrobat since version 4, now I am reaching to a point to cancel my subscription which has gone up too with more headaches in finding right functionality, and look for a competitor product. Also, as retiree, $250 per year for a product that requires scratching head all the time is too much. May be Adobe would consider multi tiered pricing for enterprise, professionals and users whose habits have died hard.
An error occurred while saving the comment Kiran L Bhayani commentedIn continuation of my December 2020 comment, I am in favor of multiple tool bars, but I have worked around in a different way. In white area of toolbar, right click, in drop down list click customize quick tools. Select a feature you want, and add using +. On the tool bar ... when clicked shows your selected features. Clicking a feature will bring up corresponding tool bar for use. it would be nice to have customized tool bar, but this is better than nothing. I am not cheering Adobe for making us look for work around, but we have to adapt what we got.
An error occurred while saving the comment Kiran L Bhayani commentedI have been following comments on menu customization issue for some time. Being acrobat user from version 4, i also found it difficult to be without a full set of tools on menu. I share the frustration of several users, but change is always difficult. Let us breach our comfort zone and think out of box.
Here is my take - on the white area, quick tools bar, below Home and Tools in gray, right click. Look for customize quick tools, click on that, there is a drop down list, Highlight tool you would like to see frequently. Then on the right side + sign with up arrow. Click on it. The desired tool will appear on quick tool bar. You can move tools as you like and also add divider if you like. The change is always difficult, but once we explore options patiently things are better an nicer. May be support peopl should be patient and explain the process. Good luck and best wishesAn error occurred while saving the comment Kiran L Bhayani commentedPrevious versions had better tool bars. In the name of progress and innovation, the user interface has gone downhill.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kiran L Bhayani commentedA compromise would be to add … - three dots in primary tool bar to add the feature we want. This is important when using 13” screen, or split screen. Similarly, ability to move documents with a dialog box showing original page number and desired or update page number would be extremely helpful for large number of pages. This will allow us to see the page being moved correctly. This is not the case with organize pages or scrolling. Scrolling helps, but on extended scroll freeze is experienced. All these features discontinued after acrobat xi. We may have to explore other options after being loyal from version iv.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kiran L Bhayani commentedIt has been more than three years, but no progress is seen. Current organize page feature is fine, but when there are more than screen ful of pages, it Makes it harder to scroll. Earlier feature was open a dialog box by right click on the page to be moved, type a desired page number and ok it. Selected page relocates to new location.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kiran L Bhayani commentedWhen you highlight a word, right click mouse. If locked box is checked, uncheck it. Then select the color from color pallet of one’s liking and choice. Then lock the selection by checking lock box. I concede yellow color is not like used to be. May be color pallet may help choose a darker color.

After raising subscription, we are really getting short changed in terms of efficiency and getting more done. May be time has come to separate from Adobe after more than three decades of relationship
