    Hi James,

Sorry to hear that you had trouble with our product.
Can you please explain your problem a little bit? If you are looking for single click functionality to zoom would request you to move to MDI mode, CTRL+K -> General -> check this "Open Tabs in same window", relaunch.

Let me know if this resolves issue for you.

    Thanks,
    -Ravi Gupta

    Thanks for sharing your concern.
Actually, acrobat already has the functionality to remember the previous opened state.
To use this, you just need to set acrobat to the dimensions you want and then close the acrobat in the same dimensions.Acrobat would remember its state and you would be able to open in the same position and same dimensions.

Let me know if this works for you.

@Greg Brock I tried replicating issue at my end but did not see the issue.
Can you help me on the below points -
    1. Is this happening on your primary workspace or you have the issue on other workspace?
    2. After how much time of system sleep you see the issue ? does this happen if you move your mouse as soon as system goes to sleep ?

    Hi Jeff,

Sorry to hear that you had issue with the new zoom icon.
In case, you want the previous zoom icon would suggest you to move to dock mode.
Here, are the steps to do so-
    1. Open Application
    2. Click on the Edit menu, selects Preferences (Ctrl+K) > General,
    3. Check Open documents as new tabs in the same window, scroll down and click ‘OK’
    4. Restart the application for the changes to take effect.

Do let me know if this works fine for you.

    Thanks,
    -Ravi Gupta

    Hi,

    Thanks for sharing your concerns.
We have not removed the zoom tools from the main toolbar and those are already there.
Can you please share your details of your machine configurations?

I assume you might have undocked the Toolbar so you may be getting a black floating window over the document area which would be having the zoom tools.

I would request you to kindly Dock it back to the Main toolbar by clicking the rightmost icon from that floating window.

Also, if this is not the case i would request you to kindly do a right click on your main toolbar and select “Reset Toolbar” from the context menu. (This way your main toolbar will get back to the default state which would anyways be having the Zoom tools.

Let me know if this fixes your concern

    Thanks,
    -Ravi Gupta

I tried to reproduce the scenario locally but issue was not reproduced.
Would suggest you to use cleaner tool and reinstall acrobat.

    Hi Rob,

Sorry to hear that you had trouble with our product.
Firstly, would like to know by any chance on your device do you have shift pressed by default as that is the only difference in shortcut of zoom and rotate.

Secondly, if above is not the case can you let me know the configurations of your system so that I can reproduce it at my end.

    Thanks,
    -Ravi Gupta

    Hi Angela,

    Thanks for sharing your concern.
To get back to the same zoom icons in the toolbar you need to move to MDI mode of Acrobat.
Here are the steps to enable Adobe Acrobat Reader DC’s tabbed interface
    1. Open Adobe Reader
    2. Click on the Edit menu, selects Preferences (Ctrl+K) > General,
    3. Check Open documents as new tabs in the same window, scroll down and click ‘OK’
    4. Restart the Reader for the changes to take effect.

    Thanks,
