BUG: Zoom shortcuts rotate instead of zoom
Reproduce bug as follows:
1. Shut down Acrobat
2. Open PDF file in Acrobat
3. Use [Cmd + =] shortcut to zoom. Document will rotate clockwise.
4. And [Cmd + -] does nothing.
5. Click the Provide Feedback button.
6. Click the Acrobat window to give it focus.
7. The zoom keyboard shortcuts now work, unless you re-launch Acrobat.
Good to know that the issue is resolved for you now.

Using the CC client, I uninstalled, then reinstalled Acrobat. Issue appears to be resolved.

This cleaner is no good. The instructions say that it is for STANDALONE Acrobat only, and not for Acrobat that is part of Creative Cloud suite.

I tried to reproduce the scenario locally but issue was not reproduced.
Would suggest you to use cleaner tool and reinstall acrobat.

Hi Lavi,
My name is Rod.
No, [Shift] is not being used.
I am using a 2017 15" MacBookPro, with macOS 10.13.6
Unless you Quit out of Acrobat, and then re-launch, you will not see this bug.
I just noticed that if you open a PDF, close the PDF, and then re-open the PDF, the bug is not visible.
So it is a bug related to the keyboard shortcuts not being set correctly when Acrobat is launched.

Hi Rob,
Sorry to hear that you had trouble with our product.
Firstly, would like to know by any chance on your device do you have shift pressed by default as that is the only difference in shortcut of zoom and rotate.Secondly, if above is not the case can you let me know the configurations of your system so that I can reproduce it at my end.
Thanks,
