What happened to the +/- Zoom?

What happened to the +/- zoom function? I need the ability to manually input the % of a zoom when comparing files; so that I am comparing "apples" to "apples" when it comes to the percentage size the the zooms. Why does it seem that every new version of Acrobat worse than the previous version?

    The first thing I'm used to looking at when opening a pdf is the zoom value, to check if I'm 100% or not. removing this info, the new DC makes me lose time and makes me crazy. - essential for comparing files -Does Adobe become like Apple, removing the essential features to flat the design?

    Hi James,

    Sorry to hear that you had trouble with our product.
    Can you please explain your problem a little bit? If you are looking for single click functionality to zoom would request you to move to MDI mode, CTRL+K -> General -> check this "Open Tabs in same window", relaunch.

    Adobe and their infinite wisdom decided that this was an "unnecessary tool" and removed it from the latest version of Acrobat Pro. PURE GENIUS!
