Hi,

Thanks for sharing your concern.
Can you please try these options listed in order of priority -
1. Goto Help -> Click on Check for Updates and update to the latest version of Acrobat which has fix for this issue.
2. In case above does not work. Then right click on the toolbar and select reset toolbar option available.
