  3. The "Make Accessible" tool is making text disappear in the document. Working in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, 2015.006.30505. I opened the document, clicked on Tools, then Action Wizard, then Make Assessible. First fopur steps worked fine, but after runnuing the Document Pass and the Alt Text detection, text went missing in numerous places in the document. This is the fourth time this has happened. Look at the header on the first page.

I have escalated the request to the higher management and we have no plan to implement it now. However, we have kept in in our radar, and will implement it in our future releases.

  8. I create 100 page accessible pdfs which include, white text on coloured backgrounds. One of the tests I do in Acrobat is to view the document in reflow mode, I understand I have to change the colour of the white text to another colour in the Accessibility Preferences, it would be best viewed as black text on a white background which is one of the choices. It does not work, I am also having some trouble getting the text to even shown up clearly when selecting one of the other choices yellow on green etc. but most of all I…

  12. Combined file - contents changed. I had combined 2 PDFs, however when I view the combined file the numbers on one of the pages completely changed. I work in financial services so this issue is a significant loss in confidence to the software.

  14. I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro and Windows 365. Yesterday I was not able to convert a Word file into a PDF. I was told that the 'add in' (Acrobat) was 'unstable' and it got turn off.

I checked for updates, and tried to reinstall. As far as I am aware I am using the latest version of Acrobat.

    Adobe Acrobat? It is hidden!!

Please make some popup / notification that there are attachments embedded within the PDF - as a default feature. Just like Outlook has it.

I received a 7MB 1 x page PDF today and only because i questioned myself why it was 7MB in file size (no pictures - just text). ... i went back and checked and clicked on pages - nope, just one page. clicked on layers - nope. Ahh how about attachments. Boom. There are…

  17. When reading a pdf document, one some time need to go back and forth to check definitions, tables, figures, etc. And it's pretty troublesome to do so. It'd be great if we can have a subwindow for looking up things without affecting the current reading process. It'd be greater, if you can open the subwindow directly from 'ctrl+F'.

  18. You need to fix the bug that changes line thicknesses when saving a Word document as a PDF. It is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS that normal underlines in Word appear thick and bold when opened in PDF. I don't want Adobe changing or enhancing ANYTHING when I save a document as a PDF. The PDF should appear exactly as it does on the screen in Word. Since it doesn't, you have a bug that you need to fix. Don't make excuses! Don't tell me, it's because "enhance thin lines" is default. Why would anyone want Adobe to enhance anything, ever?! If I…
