In reflow mode the black text on white background feature does not work when text is white.
I create 100 page accessible pdfs which include, white text on coloured backgrounds. One of the tests I do in Acrobat is to view the document in reflow mode, I understand I have to change the colour of the white text to another colour in the Accessibility Preferences, it would be best viewed as black text on a white background which is one of the choices. It does not work, I am also having some trouble getting the text to even shown up clearly when selecting one of the other choices yellow on green etc. but most of all I want the text to viewed as black on white, can you fix this?
Something that I would like to mention is I have been doing these accessible pdf for several years, and I am pretty sure it worked in older versions.
This is a sample of the file I am working with. It is very important that the table header text be visible also as black text on white in reflow mode.

Hi,
Are you addressing this issue yet - almost 2years later, it is still happening. -

I tried making the text rgb 254,254,254 and 255,255,255 this did not work! Also, when I save the accessible pdf it automatically converts everything to rgb so this doesn't really make sense to do but I tried it and it didn't work.

Why has this issue not been fixed yet it has been almost 2 years! I am still having the same problem with the new version.

You need to make the white text any colour as long as it is not pure white i.e. rgb(255,255,255). For instance, rgb(254,254,254) looks identical, but the colour substitution feature will now work.
