For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. adobe frequently crashes since the new system. Very frustrating and doesn't always combine files like it says it should say it does not support that feature when I full access.

  2. Estuve usando la extensión de Chrome que me parecía buena para revisar documentos y hacer comentarios, algunos textos quedaban desorientados sin embargo no era tan problemático. Hoy hice 190 comentarios en un documento y cuando intenté grabarlo solo grabó 48 de ellos, decidí iniciar sesión por si eso me ayudan a guardar los comentarios completos y el resultado fue peor ya que se borraron todos los comentarios. Adobe Acrobat no es una herramienta, es un problema muchas de las veces

  3. For some reason once I edit a pdf once, it will no longer allow me to add more text to it if I try to edit it a second time

  4. I have signed up for a plan of 24 pounds a month and it doesnt let me split documents, I cannot use anything from my plan. I am very disapointed

  5. Often times after editing a document to send out for signature some of the text is replaced with black dots, even after changing to a compatible font prior to sending out.

  7. Why do I constantly have to sign in again and again? it is so annoying? It seems like every time I try to read a pdf it asks me to sign in all over again!

  8. The online version is completely unusable. It would not save, and I could not find a way to save it even if I wanted to, which is just terrible design. It is very unintuitive and the top navigation buttons didn't work and when I clicked them it just cleared my work. When I downloaded the offline version it worked just fine.

  19. MAY I KNOW WHY ADOBE E-SIGNATURE IS NOT SENDING THE SIGNATURE REQUEST TO EMAIL GIVEN? I'VE TRIED DO MANY TIMES. THIS IS REALLY MAKE ME UPSET AS I'M UNABLE TO RECEIVE E-SIGN APPROVAL AND IT CAUSE DELAY IN MY WORK AS TO DO IT MANUALLY. I'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS ISSUE BEFORE. PLEASE HELP TO SOLVE THIS A.S.A.P!

  20. Rarely do I use your E-signature feature that it isn't frustrating. My client gave me an incorrect email address. Today, he contacted me and corrected it, so I added a recipient. IT HASN'T RESENT and there isn't an option to "RESEND".

    Could you please let us know the name of the agreement that you encountered this problem so we can investigate? We checked your recent transactions in November and it seems all have been signed except one that has recipient email bounced.
