  1. I have been trying to figure out when I want to view a PDF file online, how to allow me to view it in Chrome and NOT DOWNLOAD IT EVERY TIME!!!! It's causing me an issue with filling up my hard drive and cloud storage that's to the point I am hating adobe PDF viewer. I am just a person that reads things and doesn't need a full pdf conversion system or signature permissions and can't afford to pay a monthly fee for all the stuff you offer that's perfect for a business.

  2. Why does you system fail to upload on certain mornings and fail to convert successfully. It is very frustrating as it is this morning and I have superfast broadband.

    Thanks for the feedback. Could you please provide more details on the issue you're facing? You should be able to place a signature on any page. 

    Were you using the Fill and Sign flow or Request Signatures flow? 

    If possible, could you share a screenshot of the page where you encountered the issue and a test document so we can try to duplicate the issue.

  10. I have subscribed to Adobe Acrobat for years and have the app on my desktop, but every time I try to open it , I receive a message that my subscription status cannot be verified. When I sign in and try again, there are no results. When I try to download the app again, I get your "Oops" message. In short, Adobe does not work for me; you just take my money and tell me to go jump.

    Thanks for reaching out to us. Reg the highlight tools, it's available in comments section. At the right side of PDF, there's an option "Comment". It has two sub options viz. Add Text and Add Comment . On clicking either of the options, it will take you to Add Comment page, where highlight is available at top bar to use.

    Some of the students at our institution are having issues reducing the size of files exported from Turnitin. There seems to be an issue with the font conversion (see attached file)

  14. Desktop Adobe Acrobat Pro shown in All Tools tab, clicking it installs CC and DC Reader, but NOT Acrobat Pro. When attempting to make any edits to a PDF, everything points back to making edits on the web, which is not what I want to do.
    Adobe, I know you love money...but make your applications possible (and even simple) to use offline, you don't need our data/documents as well as our money.

    Thanks for providing feedback. Can you please attach a screenshot for further investigating? On clicking install acrobat Pro should allow user to install Pro desktop rather reader DC.

  15. Hi, I sent a confidential document for signature to one person through the E-Signature option. I then received an email back from a different person with an almost identical email address - who had received the agreement from Adobe, although I had entered the intended recipient's email accurately. I do not understand how this happened, and it is is significant breach of privacy. Can you please contact me to explain?

  16. An Undo button is needed, please. This is so common in so many platforms that I'm lazy & reliant on the undo button. Largely because like many of us, I'm overworked anD busy and that means mistake prone. It would be great to be able to undo 3x if possible. However, an Undo 1x button is urgently needed, please.   17. I hate your online portal. I have an Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription and I can't do anything I want to do. I need to Prepare a form, there's no option to do this. I need to be able to enter text into a PDF, then download for someone to sign and I can't do that. I tried to set up a Template, that allows me to pre-fill some fields and when I try to use it, it also wants me to sign as Participant 1. I just want to use the Adobe Acrobat desktop software and I can't do that…

    Hi Jennifer, 

    Thanks for your feedback. Fill & Sign has a toolbar where you and drog and drop text fields. There are also PDF tools available for editing PDF. You will find them in Edit flyout or the tools page. Have you tried it? 

    As for Template, it shouldn't require you to sign if it doesn't have a signature field assigned to you (Sender). You can change the recipient (assignee) of any field by right clicking on the field and select Edit. 

    Also when you send it out for signature, make sure you do NOT add your self as a Recipient since all recipients will be required to sign. If you have any non-signature fields assigned to Sender in the document, you will be asked to prefill before it's sent out.

  19. Adobe Sign does not have any way that I can find where you can make the signature bigger. It comes back from the signee too small to read.
