it gets frustrating when it says "unsupported format" especially when I've used them before!

what do they mean "unsupported format"?

Hi,
Please check if the file contains any signatures.
Have you used the same file before in Fill & Sign or Request Signature workflow?

If possible please share the steps that you have performed, or screenshot with the error message.
