For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. The recent change to show only resolved or unresolved comments caused a lot of confusion on our end because the interface isn't clear about what you're looking at. Multiple people independently thought comments were being deleted from the server.

    In the collapsed view (the number at the top in the screenshot), you see the number of comments as a result of your filter. When you open the filter tab, at the bottom of the tab you can see the total number of comments. But there's nothing to indicate what the difference between these numbers mean intuitively.

    Something like "15/37 comments"…

  3. How can I remove the unnecessary speech bubbles that cover up all the comments made on a marked up pdf? you are making the markup feature useless by adding these speech bubbles, anyone I send the document to cannot read the comments because they are covered by a big red box, Adobe needs to remove this, I know how to turn it off in the desktop app, but the Adobe links open in a web browser and I cannot get rid of these speech bubbles

  4. Why is there no Document List/List of Agreements on the E-Sign panel?
    That would maintain the topical assignment and pre-filter associated documents.

  5. It would be great to see if the signee has read or opened the envelope. This information is crucial in getting documents signed or better yet, to at least provide sender info that it didn't just go anywhere. Please create this feature as the other competitor is already doing this.

  7. Your Adobe Sign product is a mess. Any time there is a change of license, access is lost to the previous documents on the account. The only way to expect any reliability is to never make any changes, including any possible upgrades.

    I tried PDF to excel convertor , it is working good for English words but I found Arabic letters is reversed.

    It will be grateful to consider a solution to help in this issue

    Mais on ne trouve nulle part de décompte ou d'avertissement pour savoir à quel point nous nous approchons de cette limite.

  10. Hi! Hope you're well.

    I am currently in the "Manage agreements" section, trying to export a CSV of all of the completed agreements (signed agreements). I do not want to download the PDF, I simply want the list of people who have signed my agreement.

    Is there anyway to do this? It would be incredibly helpful.

  11. Regards Sign and Fill: we have 100Gb of cloud storage with the account but limits of 10Mb and 100 pages for fill and sign. I can understand the file limit but am a little disappointed that there is a page limit. We have Pro DC to allow sign off of documents - as a business, even a small business, these limits are very prohibitive and defeat the reason for having it if we have to start splitting documents. This is not always possible with legal documents such as contracts or Patents. Regards, Simon

  12. It would be nice to be able to delete, add, or edit pages in a signable document. As it is today, if I add a page to a signable document, it's there to stay unless I create a new template. This is annoying because some documents take FOREVER to prepare because they have a lot of form fields. If I have to remove/add/change the underlying document, I have to redo the entire template. What a load of ****.

  13. Hi! When I go to export my PDFs after using fill and sign to input text, the formatting of the text gets messed up. Everything seems to be shifting up one tick on export. It is really frustrating because I'm trying to make beautiful documents for my clients to sign for official record and even when I take the time to go in manually and readjust everything I'll find out it has shifted again. Can you please try to create total visual consistency between the data input UI and PDF exports? See attached file as a reference. It looks terrible…

  14. After I send a document to be signed I can not click "send another document" as in previous versions of this website. I can only click "track Agreement" I have to go to home and then to apps and then "send for signature" its a real pain that didn't use to happen.

  15. Hi, we have been using adobe Web Forms for over a year now and can't complain except we hope there is a way to edit its pages. We hope you can go in to an existing web form and add, remove pages of it.

    Currently, yes you can edit a web form but only the text, signature fields etc. and not the pages.

    We have application forms (onboarding forms) that have 30 to 40 + pages that are constantly changing due to policy changes etc. What's happening is that once they are created and need changes, I cannot add, remove…

  16. The new way of processing Requesting E-Signatures is honestly terrible. I am not sure why the beginning of the process was changed whenever you upload the files, another screen would prompt with adding recipients, then adding your message to go along with the document. It takes way longer now when doing mass requests. Please revert back to the previous process.

  18. your website navigation is just horrendous. my god, it takes 10 minutes to figure out how to get to my templates for esign. jesus christ, this is EVERY SINGLE TIME. i don't come here everyday, so its a nightmare trying to navigate past all the ******** you try to get me to download or buy. just take me to my **** and stop changing where the links are. do better, you charge enough **** money you should give two ***** about your customers time and convenience

    We understand you are encountering some trouble with the new feature in Request e-signatures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.

    If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:

    1.  Click on your profile icon.

    2.  Select "Settings".

    3.  In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".

    This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  20. It would be nice if you could assign the signature order to multiple people. For example, if I am sending out a lease I want all of the tenants to sign in either order. After all of the tenants sign then I want to lease to be sent to the landlord for signature. Docusign has a feature that allows for this.
