For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

    Thanks for reaching out to us and trying Acrobat web. Regarding your question, there is a way to check for invoice and your current plan. Please follow below steps:

    1. Login to acrobat.adobe.com with your user

    2. After you sign in, click on profile icon at your top right corner

    3. Click on Adobe Account option below user name

    4. You will be redirected to a web page where you can check your plans and invoice under "Plans and payment" 


    Please try this out and ket us know if this still solves the issue.

    Hi Jennifer,

    Thank you for contacting us. Please refer mentioned steps for sharing a document:

    1. Navigate to “Your Documents” section
    2. Select the file you want share. You will see “Share with Others” and “Get a Link” option in right hand pane :
    3. You can use any of the two options to share your file to others. Please check attached screenshot for possible options.
    4. Notes added to the file would be visible after sharing as well.

  5. Adobe Signを利用しています。
    最近署名依頼画面が変更になり、大変使いづらくなったと感じております。
    最初の画面で送信先メールアドレス入力フォームのみ表示することに意味はあるのでしょうか。
    最初から全ての入力フォームを確認できた以前の方が使いやすかったように感じます。
    また、入力候補を表示してくれるのはありがたいのですが、入力途中にいざ候補を選択しようとすると何も起きない=また打ち直しになるのもなんだかなあと思います。
    入力候補も、以前打ち間違えたもの(例えば.comを.conなど)は、間違えやすいので削除できるとありがたいのですが方法はありますでしょうか?
    機能自体は他にはない素晴らしいもので今後も是非重宝させていただきたいので、なるべく使いやすいようにサポートいただけると嬉しく思います。
    何卒宜しくお願い致します。

  6. It appears that something has changed recently, or Fill & Sign has a bug. If I use Fill & Sign, save, then come back later to finish the document. The fields that I've populated are now read-only. In the past, I could still use Fill & Sign to complete the document and go back to previous filled fields and fix typo's and incorrect data.

  9. I use the watermark feature 10-20 times a day and have an action that places my pre-set watermark for me on standard-sized documents. But when I need to watermark art that is bigger - say a banner or sign - i have another watermark pre-set. I've created a 2nd action for that.

    It would be nice to be able to change the color of the icon or number the icon or do something that differentiates the various action icons on the toolbar.

    Can you tell us what version of FireFox you’re using and whether you’re on Windows or Mac?

    Also try hovering over the item and checking the box to the left of the file icon. Then let us know if you can access the function you need from the pane that opens on the right.

  15. With the update to the e-sign functionality, it seems like you removed the "sign then send" function, where the initiator can immediately e-sign the document before it emails out to the next recipient. This was a nice option, and would be great if it could be added back. thanks.

    We are sorry you are experiencing trouble with the new feature .

    Regarding the Sign then send feature, despite it is indeed not explicitly present in current version of Acrobat Web, it is possible to sign the document before send it for signing to desired recipients by following this steps:

    1. Start Fill & Sign with desired document 
    2. On entering Fill & Sign you can add a sign from the left hand panel
    3. After doing this, you can click on the "Request E-Signatures" button to send this document for signing.

    We are triaging your issue and are gathering more information to understand the problem better. Meanwhile, you can switch to earlier version by following the steps below,

    Open the agreement draft experiencing the issue.

    On the left panel, scroll down and click "View more".

    Click the "Switch to legacy version" link.

    This will switch you to the earlier version…

    We understand you are encountering some trouble with the new feature in Request e-signatures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.

    If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:

    1.  Click on your profile icon.

    2.  Select "Settings".

    3.  In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".

    This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
