READY TO CANCEL - PLEASE CONTACT ME
Interested in how to cancel service due to new layout. Want billing to be pro-rated and want credit for remainder of time left on plan. Do not want to pay for this service anymore, the new layout has ruined it for me. I have been using this since 2012 when it was still EchoSign. You have lost a once-loyal customer over this terrible terrible layout change. I do not feel like you will listen to customers and offer an option to revert to the old style. You ask for suggestions but Adobe will never undo what they already did. You have your ways and I have mine. Mine is to part ways with Adobe Sign. Please contact me regarding a pro-rated bill and whatever credits may be due to us.

I cancelled my subscription a few days ago. I was charged an early term fee of $31.?? I was just charged yesterday (7/29) another monthly subscription fee. Please refund money and cancel my subscription!!
