Bad web page design
I'm a Pro DC subscriber. I can't download adobe Pro DC unless I subscribe on the spot, I'm signed in as me, you should recognize that it's me and let me download it as an active subscription. No help to me.

I agree with you, I have a similar problem, I think Adobe needs to find a good designer. All the more so that on the Internet you can now find many resources with bandles https://masterbundles.com for the designer, who will be able to apply them competently
