I spent some time on your website yesterday trying to sign up for EchoSign. My company used it years ago and would like to again. I followed all the prompts and paid $318.62 for a year subscription. However, now that I am in it - I don't think I signed up for the right thing. I don't need storage and collaboration. When I try to get into Adobe Sign it looks like I can only have one user - even the program I purchased said 2-9 people.
I just want echosign. and what I am seeing on my screen is insanely confusing. If I did not purchase the correct program, I would appreciate it if you would cancel my membership and subscription and refund my card.
