Changed email & lost half my data & tool access
I changed my primary email address in my Adobe account and got nothing but problems in return. Half of my data/recent documents were lost; my pre-saved signature & initials were lost under Fill & Sign; I get an error message when I try to use Adobe Sign that says I don't have access to it. Changing your login information should not completely break your subscription...especially when one is PAYING for these products.
And trying to use your chat is a nightmare. I was transferred twice and the last person still didn't know what he was doing and couldn't explain what was happening with my account. I'm ******, and have now been on hold for a representative for over 15 minutes on the phone (even though the estimated call wait time was 1 minute). GET IT TOGETHER or give me my money back!
