I own an enterprise license for Adobe Sign and no matter what my IT staff does its still disabled on desktop, browser, and mobile

Hi Kayla, Very sorry to hear that you are not able to use Adobe Sign. Would be nice if you can share more info (steps to reproduce) so we can try to reproduce the issue. Thank you, Robert
