100 page limit? A free website can handle this and yours that requires a subscription cant?

How does Organize pages have a 100 page limit when it requires a SUBSCRIPTION and yet some free-website smallpdf can handle my document fine when its FREE

    I would love to not be charged for the app since I don't have a computer to do all my downloads and fill them out for free
