Can't request e-signatures
I'm not able to request e-signatures, although I had been able to in the past. Has something changed with my account?

What products are you using to request e-signature? Acrobat desktop application or Acrobat web (document cloud) application? If you are using Acrobat web application, are you able to reload the browser? Would you please upload a screenshot here?
